Naval Mobile Construction Battalion 3 provides combatant commanders and Navy component commanders with combat-ready warfighters capable of general engineering, construction and limited combat engineering across the full range of military operations.
Stationed in Port Huneme, NMCB 3 is comprised of 8 primary Seabee rates – Steelworker (SW), Utilitiesman (UT), Builders (BU), Construction Electricians (CE), Construction Mechanic (CM), Equipment Operators (EO) and Engineering Aides (EA) – Engineering Officers and Fleet Support personnel.
